Blend of American inspiration and a French sense of conviviality, Manhattan introduces the spirit of mixology at home. The collection is resolutely modern, embellished with bevel cuts forming an architectural decoration.
Cylindrical tumbler with a fine lip and thick base, the double rock was devised for short drinks mixed directly in the glass. It is also suitable for savoring neat alcohol on the rocks.
St. Louis Glassworks since 1586
Incomparable, dense, clear, sound and luminous, born from a fireball and the breath of men, Saint-Louis crystal vibrates with all the talent inherited from history and the incredible creative imagination inspired by time. Founded in 1586, the MĂĽntzthal glassworks became “Royal Glass” in 1767 with the exclusive seal of King Louis XV and thus became Saint-Louis. The master glassmakers, proudly blowing, carving, engraving again and again, trying to obtain the finest and most transparent glass. Saint-Louis today is a Manufacture in tune with the times, a mix of tradition and innovation, which has never stopped drawing inspiration from contemporary artistic trends to build and renew its identity.
Saint-Louis makes crystal creations, tableware, vases, candelabra and lighting.
Each work is made by master glassmakers and cutters considered among the best in Europe and the world, each of them possessing secrets and skills that have been enriched from generation to generation. The crystal is mouth-blown, cut, engraved and decorated by hand using 24 carat gold or platinum.
Saint Louis combines tradition and innovation and takes inspiration from contemporary artistic trends.
In the wave of creativity that swept through the early 20th century, between Art Nouveau and Art Deco, outside designers brought their talent to Saint-Louis, artists such as Paul Nicolas, Jean Sala, Jean Luce, Michel Colle and Maurice DufrĂŞne.
Saint Loius is in History and also in the Contemporary.
